Bila dah kawin & beranak pinak, kurang exercise. But, I do walk a lot more back in Malaysia. Selalu jalan2 kat mall serta supermarket:) Kadang2 kitorg pergi juga jog kat tmn permainan or around the neighborhood.
Duk sini, I am at home most of the time. Tuh la sebab badan bagai dipam2. Dah la I think my metabolism rate slows down as I get older. Wayyyy sloweeeerrr.... As a result, it is more difficult for me to lose the weight. Dulu, setakat kawal makan tak exercise pun, turun gak berat. Semenjak umur dah bertambah, setengah kilo pun seksa nak turun:) When I had the two kids, I didn't have problem loosing the weight. Tapi masa miscarriage tak ikut pantang sangat. I only gained 5 kg within the 2 months I was pregnant. But, the weight never came off after 2 years!

I rather exercise at home alone. Tuh pun malas nak buat! hehehe... Konon-kononnya that is one of my New Year resolution that is to exercise more. Sekarang ni redha aje le kalau weigh tak turun. Sebab malas nak jaga makan:) Tapi satu benda yg I perasan bila rajin exercise, badan tak cepat sakit & kurang skit rasa mengantuk. Last term, masa Alya start sekolah, I slept before 9 pm everyday. Mata memang tak larat nak tahan, kalah budak2 ni. Kadang2 kesian la hubby duk berjaga sorang2 buat assignment dia.
Its already end of January, I exercise dua tiga kali seminggu sahaja. Jadi la kan. Dari tak buat langsung:) Budak ni yang rajin bergerak cergas... Langsung tak duduk diam. Berlari & memanjat aje kerja dia. Padan la kurus aje. Kekeke!

cik yong kalau ikut logik dah terlebih exercise dari pkl 4.30am until 8.00pm.

ReplyDeletehihihi post ni kena sebijik kat batang idung I :p ....have been carry forward my resolution yang kononnya nak lost weight nak exercise.. tapi sampai ke sudah mcm tu jugak...
my taman ada organize aerobic and line dancing every Saturday...so this year I enrolled myself..at least once a week ada gak exercisenya..kalau harap nak buat sendiri kat rumah.. nak dapat mood tu entah bila baru nak berkunjung...heheheh

ReplyDeleteApparently, ours cuma tahan sekejap je. now dah dekat sebulan tak pi gym. but I dok bagi excuse kat my mom cakap pegi gym so she can take care the kids.
Yet, kitaorang pi outing makan! Hohoho.
